My name is Barry Atkins and I'm an educator, filmmaker and video editor based in Brighton, UK (via London, Poland, Qatar, Oman, Dubai and Texas).
I am a BA (Hons), DELTA, MA and PGCE qualified with over twenty years teaching experience. Currently I am lead instructor at Creative Process Digital, a digital skills training provider in the UK.
I am also a freelance film and video producer and editor with 10 years + experience, and City Producer of the Brighton 48 Hour Film Project.

PREPARE FOR THE CHALLENGE
The 48 hour film project is a global film competition, open to anyone, which challenges you and your team to write, shoot and edit a short film (up to 7 minutes) in just 2 days!
The competition is hosted in over 120 cities worldwide, with local winners having the chance to progress to the Filmapolooza Film Festival.
